Teams were tasked with imagining the full "pit-to-dispatch" journey  the movement of material from the mining pit all the way to dispatch and reimagining it through the lens of Mining AI tools. That meant grappling with real-world concepts:

• Fleet management : optimising the movement, allocation, and utilisation of mining vehicles and equipment
• Digital traceability : creating transparent, verifiable records of material as it moves through the supply chain
• Intelligent logistics : using AI to route, schedule, and streamline operations
